Shipping policy

We ship within the United Kingdom only.
All lighters are supplied empty
Royal Mail and all major UK couriers prohibit posting lighters that contain flammable liquid or gas. Every lighter we sell is therefore fully de-gassed and emptied before dispatch, and matchboxes are supplied without matches. Items are sold as collectors’ and display pieces and do not arrive ready to use. Refilling is at your own risk and immediately voids any return.

Age restriction
We only sell to customers aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you are 18+.

Dispatch times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail treats a Tracked item as lost after 10 working days from the due date. If your parcel hasn’t arrived by then, email awearnessuk@gmail.com and we’ll either replace it where possible or refund you in full.

Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it’s wrong, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll amend it. Once dispatched we can’t reroute a parcel, and parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded less the delivery cost.
